Which size fits your pet

Measure the neck first. Every robe is cut to a neck girth, and weight is the second check. Landing between two sizes means take the larger one.

Before you order

Measure around the neck where a collar sits and read it off the table. Weight is the second check. If your pet falls between two sizes, take the larger.

Some settle into it, some shake it off inside a minute. The back is open and nothing fastens tight, so getting out of it is easy by design. Most owners have the photo they wanted well before that becomes a problem.

Not unsupervised. This is a costume for photos and short wear, not clothing to leave your pet in. Take it off once you are done.

The Pope robe is cut fullest through the body and suits a broader chest. The Nun and Priest run shorter. At the same neck size, a stockier pet is happier in the Pope.

Yes. Every robe in a two or three pack picks its own character and its own size.

Spot clean with a damp cloth for anything minor. For a full clean, hand wash in cold water with a little mild detergent, press the water out rather than wringing, and lay it flat to air dry. Keep it out of the machine and out of the dryer: the Pope robe’s hat holds its shape with stiffening that heat and spinning will flatten, and the trim is stitched rather than woven in. No ironing, no bleach.
